KE’s 7/11+ Innovation Challenge was designed for entrepreneurs, startups, researchers, and university students. As a forward-looking utility, KE embraced innovation and sought to embed it into its organizational functions by providing a platform for problem-solving through innovative means.
Participants innovated in the areas of United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) or addressed specific problem statements identified by KE. Through this program, KE aimed to provide networking, mentorship, capacity building, and funding support to innovators working in the areas of Energy, Sustainable Cities, and Customer Experience.
